The end of Westley as a village?

12.00.00am GMT Wed 31st Dec 2008

The Local Council are planning changes in Bury St Edmunds! You have until 5th January to let the Council know your views. This is what I think!

Strategic Site Option 3 Westley/Horringer edge

A greenfield site whose adoption would clash with the declared policy of using brownfield sites. This development is unsustainable by the current road infrastructure and threatens the distinct and individual character of Westley villages, which is contrary to previous promises made to residents. This option should be abandoned.
